Trypanosomatidae Biology, Evolution, Taxonomy, and Phylogeny (TryTax2) Meeting 2016

Welcome to the TryTax2! On behalf of the organizing committee I invite you to take part in the second meeting devoted to Trypanosomatidae Biology, Evolution, Taxonomy, and Phylogeny. The first meeting (TryTax1) took place at FioCruz, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in April, 2015. This time we will meet in Ostrava, Czech Republic. The scientific program is divided into 6 sessions: 1) Evolution; 2) Biology of Trypanosoma spp.; 3) Biology of Leishmania spp.; 4) Biology of monoxenous trypanosomatids; 5) Metabolism; and 6) Genomics. Each session will include an invited talk by the respective Chairman, followed by 5-7 talks selected by the Scientific Committee. All the details and important deadlines will be posted here and updated regularly. Our capacity is 90 attendants maximum, so please register ASAP. If you have specific questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. See you all in Ostrava in June!
